Open joint-stock company Innovation Business Club "INTELCOM" is an information and consultation centre on intellectual property and legal aspects of technology commercialisation created in 1998 jointly by Transtechnology and Innovation Agency, an American law firm Finnegan, Henderson, Farrabow, Garrett & Dunner, L.L.P. and the American Bar Association, with the support of the Ministry of Industry, Science and Technologies of Russia and the Russian Patent Office.

At present, the main direction of cooperation of Transtechnology with the Innovation Business Club "INTELCOM" is focused on increase of the level of culture of all players of legal relations in the field of intellectual property rights (both users and experts), protection of interests of research and industrial communities, as well as art workers in the field of intellectual property rights at the national and international levels, as well as establishment of mutual understanding and trust between the Russian and foreign actors of this process. The above goals are achieved through explanation of legal and organisational and economic procedures on protection of intellectual property rights in Russia, its utilisation and preventing unfair competition.

National Centre of Intellectual Property (NCIP) was created by an open joint-stock company "INTELCOM" with the support of the Federal Service of Intellectual Property, Patents and Trademarks (Rospatent) and the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) within the framework of the state contract with the Federal Agency of Science and Innovations.

The main direction of activities of Transtechnology with NCIP is increasing level of "transparency" of procedures on intellectual property rights in the Russian Federation, development of efficient mechanisms of legal protection, utilisation and enforcement of intellectual property rights in Russia, as well as strengthening of measures of fight against counterfeit and piracy. The key strategic task of cooperation with NCIP is strengthening of interaction of the right holders and other interested representatives of public and private sectors of economy, through development of mechanisms of private-public partnerships in the field of information and technical and consultation support of NCIP's activity aimed at consolidation of efforts of different states in the field of enforcement of intellectual property rights and a fight against counterfeit and piracy.

Technology Transfer Legal Support Centre (TTLSC) was created by Transtechnology within the context of the State contract with the Federal Agency of Science and Innovations.

TTLSC's main goal is providing free information and consultation services to the representatives of innovation infrastructure on a wide range of issues related to transfer of the results of intellectual activity.

OPORA RUSSIA is the all-Russian public organisation supporting small and medium-sized entrepreneurship "Opora Russia" and uniting above 25,000 entrepreneurs from 76 regional centres of Russia, as well as 85 sectoral and territorial unions and associations of entrepreneurs, many of which possess all-Russian status and distributed regional network.
